The Great Pumpkin is real.

I never used to enjoy Halloween that much. I never had many friends, my brother and sister are a lot older than me (by 12 and 15 years, respectively), and I lived in a largely kid-less neighborhood. Not having anyone to go trick or treating with is a really great way to remind you how lonely you are, so Halloween was never all that much fun to experience or reminisce about through the years.

This year, though...



well, let's just say I'm looking upon this particular holiday with new eyes.
